  • Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly, including executive correspondence, enterprise communications, documents, and conversations.
  • Make sound decisions when full context is not available, keeping business priorities and company values in mind.
  • Manage complex calendars, domestic and international travel, invoices, expenses, and related administrative work.
  • Take a practical, solution-focused approach while maintaining accountability and integrity.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Executive Assistant for Partner Resources to keep the team operating smoothly and aligned.
  • Coordinate with assistants across the organization and enterprise to support seamless leadership and communication.
  • Stay ahead of the business rhythm to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and share critical information at the right time.
  • Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, quarterly reviews, offsites, and team forums in both in-person and virtual formats.
  • Arrange meeting logistics such as room setup, venue coordination, and audiovisual support.
  • Oversee executive travel in line with company policies, ensuring productivity, safety, and continuity.
  • Maintain communication and alignment with the executive’s direct reports to support priorities and smooth information flow.
  • Interact confidently with senior leaders, external partners, suppliers, and broader internal and external networks.
  • Contribute as a mentor and leader within the administrative community and help strengthen team capability and culture.

Required experience and qualifications

  • 7 to 9 years of progressive administrative experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders.
  • 7 to 9 years of experience supporting executive leadership in complex, fast-paced operational environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including expert-level Outlook skills.
  • Strong understanding of business priorities and the ability to think at an enterprise level.
  • Ability to evaluate downstream impact and balance the needs of leadership with broader organizational goals.

Benefits and perks

  • Medical, dental, vision, basic life, supplemental life, and other voluntary insurance options.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Paid parental leave and family expansion reimbursement.
  • Vacation from date of hire, sick time, eight paid holidays, and two personal days per year.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
  • Discounted company stock program, equity program, and incentivized emergency savings tools.
  • Financial well-being resources and student loan management support.
  • 100% upfront tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University’s online program.
  • Access to backup care and DACA reimbursement.
  • Vacation policy details vary by state and role level; eligible employees may accrue up to 120 hours annually below director level, 200 hours annually at director level or above, with higher caps in certain states such as California.
