Role overview

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end administrative assistance to senior executives, including calendar coordination, appointment planning, and travel bookings.
  • Support HR and business development work by preparing presentations, proposals, onboarding paperwork, and HR-related reports.
  • Serve as a central contact for both internal teams and outside stakeholders, ensuring communication remains professional and clear.
  • Plan and run meetings by creating agendas, assembling briefing packs and presentations, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Keep employee and administrative records accurate and current to support compliance and better business decisions.
  • Work with other departments to improve coordination, streamline workflows, and align HR, operations, and leadership priorities.
  • Track project schedules and HR deadlines to make sure commitments and initiatives are completed on time.
  • Assist in rolling out new HR policies, initiatives, and organisational plans within a financial services setting.

Candidate profile

  • Previous experience in administrative and HR-focused positions.
  • Strong command of office productivity software and business applications.
  • Well-developed planning, prioritisation, and time management abilities.
  • Comfort handling confidential information with tact and discretion.
  • Proactive mindset with good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, plus strong people skills.
  • Exposure to the financial services sector is considered an advantage.
