Overview

The Executive Assistant position offers essential administrative and operational assistance to the Audit Leadership Team within the Private & Not-For-Profit Group at Reynolds, Bone & Griesbeck PLC. This role is best suited for individuals who excel at organization, attention to detail, and providing thorough support to their colleagues. The job requires in-person presence on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Create, revise, and proofread various documents including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Support billing processes and contribute to standardizing departmental operations.
Organize and maintain engagement files and workpapers diligently.
Manage calendars, arrange meetings, appointments, and coordinate engagement timetables.
Arrange and oversee training sessions, luncheons, and other special events.
Prepare slides, document meeting notes, and other materials for the Leadership team.
Engage in initiatives aimed at improving processes and participate in broader firm projects.

Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience providing administrative support is essential; familiarity with public accounting is preferred.
A minimum educational attainment of a high school diploma is mandatory, with a bachelor's degree favored.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Superior organizational aptitude along with meticulous attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
Capability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and high quality.
