Role overview
As an Exams Operations Officer, you will help ensure exams are delivered smoothly and in line with standards by managing operations, compliance, secure materials, venue coordination, and resolution of issues. The role is focused on supporting a reliable test-day experience and maintaining a positive customer journey.
This position is based at Napier Road, Singapore under the Country/Cluster Operations team. It is a fixed-term contract for 1 year, and the pay band is 4 / Grade H.
Key accountabilities
- Support the full exam delivery process from planning through to test-day execution.
- Coordinate with venues and maintain effective working relationships with venue staff and other stakeholders.
- Handle confidential exam materials securely and ensure all handling procedures are followed.
- Make sure operational activities comply with required policies, standards, and security controls.
- Assist in solving operational issues quickly so exam delivery remains uninterrupted.
- Support customer queries and help maintain a high-quality service experience.
- Track risks, prepare updates and reports, and help ensure resources and processes are in place as required.
- Work flexibly on test days, including weekends, as part of the contracted schedule.
Experience and knowledge
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy operational setting with a strong focus on customer service. Experience related to exam operations, logistics, or compliance will be an advantage. The role also requires the ability to work to compliance, risk, and security expectations.
Language and education
Strong English skills are essential, with fluency needed in both written and spoken communication to navigate internal systems and support international operations.
Candidates should have a diploma in any discipline. A degree will be considered an added advantage.
Eligibility
Applications are invited from people already based in Singapore who have the legal right to work there. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
