Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a capable and seasoned emergency room physician to support a hospital emergency department in Dubai. The role calls for hands-on experience in emergency or urgent care settings and the ability to manage time-sensitive, high-acuity cases with sound clinical judgment.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate incoming emergency patients right away and manage their immediate care.
- Monitor patients during recovery and arrange follow-up assessments when needed.
- Order the right diagnostic tests and use the findings to guide treatment.
- Build and update patient care plans tailored to each case.
- Refer patients to the appropriate specialist teams for advanced care.
- Confirm that patients are stable before moving them to another department for further review.
- Prepare discharge guidance and complete the necessary documentation.
- Keep medical records accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with other emergency department teams to ensure timely treatment.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in medicine from an accredited institution.
- Three to four years of residency experience.
- A valid license to practice medicine.
- Strong familiarity with current treatment methods and clinical procedures.
- Sharp attention to detail and solid analytical ability.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to respond quickly and appropriately in a high-pressure setting.

This position is based in Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is offered on a full-time, onsite basis.
