Job description
POSITION SUMMARY
This role is essential for maintaining hospital safety through diligent cleaning and disinfection of facilities to meet stringent hospital standards. The Environmental Services Technician I contributes to preventing the spread of communicable diseases by thoroughly sanitizing public areas and patient rooms. Responsibilities include cleaning office spaces, administrative areas, outpatient centers, restrooms, clinical equipment, floors, and hallways. The role may also involve stocking and delivering linens.

- Understand and comply with regulatory and safety requirements pertinent to assigned tasks.
- Promptly report any identified safety hazards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all medical, financial, and legal information.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to comprehend, speak, read, and write in English.
