A growing organization is hiring an entry-level Administrative Assistant to help keep everyday business operations running smoothly. This remote position focuses on accurate recordkeeping, data handling, and broad administrative assistance across teams. It is well-suited to someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and eager to learn in a supportive environment.

Key Duties

  • Enter information into internal systems and keep records accurate and current.
  • Refresh spreadsheets, trackers, and working documents on a regular basis.
  • Sort and maintain digital files so information remains easy to locate and use.
  • Help coordinate schedules, tasks, and routine administrative processes.
  • Track assigned work and follow up to make sure items are completed.
  • Support different teams by keeping information structured and up to date.
  • Spot incomplete or inconsistent data and report it for correction.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in writing.
