Role Overview
This position is suited to an experienced account management professional who combines a service-oriented mindset with strong commercial judgement. The role focuses on working with major restaurant brands in Germany, developing executive relationships, and using data-led, consultative thinking to create long-term value.
As an Enterprise Key Account Manager, you will manage and expand a portfolio of strategic restaurant partners. Your work will center on trusted advisory relationships with senior stakeholders, improving commercial results, uncovering growth opportunities, and ensuring that Wolt’s solutions are adopted effectively. Success in this role requires a balance of analytical ability, strategic planning, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key decision-makers across enterprise restaurant groups, ensuring alignment between partner goals and Wolt’s commercial objectives.
- Improve portfolio performance by spotting expansion opportunities, leading negotiations, and driving stronger adoption of Wolt’s products and services.
- Run regular business reviews with senior stakeholders and use data plus industry knowledge to shape recommendations and support partner growth.
- Track account performance, interpret complex data sets, and convert findings into practical actions that improve business results.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to implement initiatives and deliver a strong partner experience.
- Handle contract renewals and commercial negotiations while staying current on industry movements and competitor activity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, Sales, Consulting, or another similar client-facing commercial position.
- A strong history of managing strategic accounts, improving partner outcomes, and influencing senior leaders in complex organizations.
- Solid commercial understanding with a consultative approach to account growth and a clear grasp of the financial drivers in the sector.
- Confidence in leading executive conversations, presenting business reviews, and navigating complex negotiations.
- Comfort using large datasets and analytical platforms such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau, with the ability to turn insights into recommendations and business stories.
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills, strong ownership, and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluent written and spoken communication in both German and English.

Compensation
The starting salary for this role will fall within a monthly pay range that depends on the selected candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. If a candidate does not fully meet the expectations outlined for the position, the starting salary may be adjusted accordingly.
