Role Overview
This full-time remote position is for an Enterprise Client Partner focused on frontier AI partnerships. The role centers on building relationships with AI labs and machine-learning-led organizations, especially those working on advanced models, model evaluation, and human data solutions. You will collaborate closely with research, engineering, and procurement stakeholders to create high-value commercial partnerships that help improve model performance and support the development of frontier systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close strategic partnerships with AI labs and ML-driven organizations working on frontier models.
- Run technical discovery conversations covering evaluation workflows, RLHF pipelines, and model improvement cycles.
- Work with research leads, ML engineers, and data teams to understand system constraints and solution requirements.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders across research, engineering, and procurement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deploy human data pipelines that support model evaluation and data quality.
- Stay current on developments in AI and machine learning, along with emerging practices in the field.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, including evaluation processes, RLHF, and model improvement loops.
- Demonstrated success in partnership development and account management, including closing high-value deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Solid technical fluency, with familiarity in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience handling large datasets and complex systems, including data pipelines and data management.
