Role Overview
This is a full-time remote opportunity for an Enterprise Client Partner focused on Frontier AI. The role is centered on building strategic partnerships with AI labs and ML-led organizations, especially those working on advanced model development. The position involves close collaboration with research, engineering, and procurement stakeholders to support model evaluation and human data initiatives that improve model performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert partnership opportunities with AI labs and machine learning organizations working on frontier models.
- Run technical discovery discussions across evaluation processes, RLHF workflows, and model-improvement cycles.
- Work directly with research leads, machine learning engineers, and data teams to understand technical constraints and operational needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in research, engineering, and procurement to support long-term partnership growth.
- Partner with internal teams to design and execute human data pipelines that support high-quality data collection and model evaluation.
- Stay current on AI and ML developments, including emerging tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong grasp of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, including evaluation workflows, RLHF pipelines, and model refinement loops.
- Demonstrated success in partnership development, account growth, or closing complex high-value deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and business teams.
- Technical fluency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience working with large datasets and complicated systems, including data pipelines and data management.
