Job description
About EROAD
EROAD is a rapidly growing company focused on intelligent transport technology that helps improve road safety, lift productivity, and reduce environmental impact. Its purpose is to provide reliable intelligence that supports a better world in the future.
Role overview
The Enterprise Account Manager will be a key commercial leader responsible for retention, expansion, and growth across a portfolio of strategically important mid-to-large enterprise customers. Reporting to the Enterprise Accounts Director and working within a high-performing sales team, this role is central to delivering strong business outcomes.
You will develop deep stakeholder relationships, uncover new opportunities, and build structured account plans that create long-term value for both customers and EROAD. The role also involves working closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer journey and consistently strong revenue performance.
What the role involves
This position is highly customer-facing and hands-on, with travel required locally and nationally. You will partner with operations, product, and support teams to make sure customers receive an excellent experience while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Because the industry changes quickly, you’ll need to understand and explain technical concepts with confidence.
Experience and attributes
We are looking for an experienced account manager who enjoys helping customers succeed, works well in fast-paced settings, and is skilled at building durable relationships. A strong drive to achieve results, a proactive approach to opportunity spotting, and the ability to manage several priorities at once are all important.
Why join EROAD
EROAD invests in its people and offers leadership development, fully paid medical insurance, employee recognition, EAP support, and a collaborative team culture. The company values innovation, connection, and enjoyment at work, and this is an opportunity to contribute during a period of significant growth.
