About the Role
Hightouch is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to join a rapidly expanding sales team. In this key role, you will help shape the company’s product direction while contributing directly to revenue growth. The opportunity suits a motivated sales professional with strong enterprise-selling experience, an interest in technology, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting, and eager to continue growing in a high-performance environment. This role calls for a mix of sales capability, entrepreneurial mindset, and a commitment to ongoing learning.
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to build and maintain a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts.
- Experience with outbound prospecting as well as land-and-expand selling to grow long-term customer relationships.
- Strong discovery skills, including the ability to uncover customer needs and propose solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Comfort working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create a smooth customer journey.
- Consistent history of meeting or surpassing quotas and KPIs while staying professional and customer-focused.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment and work with urgency.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Working knowledge of the martech and/or data ecosystem and how businesses use these tools to drive growth.
Compensation Details
The on-target earnings for this role are USD 300,000 per year, with a base salary of USD 150,000 per year.
In addition, the company offers meaningful equity in the form of ISO options, along with early exercise eligibility and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
