The Opportunity

This role is for a senior Enterprise Account Executive covering Qatar, with full ownership of the Qatar and broader Middle East market. It is a high-autonomy individual contributor position focused on selling transformational AI solutions into complex enterprise environments.

You will work with some of the region’s largest and most sophisticated organisations, engaging senior leaders such as CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CFOs. The role calls for someone who has experience selling into companies where the product category was still being shaped, budgets were not already in place, and the value proposition had to be built jointly with the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Run the full enterprise sales process end to end, including discovery, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and account growth.
  • Win and expand deals with total contract values of €500K to €1M+, with an ambition to pursue strategic multi-year opportunities of €10M+.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline with at least 3x coverage against annual quota, supported by disciplined forecasting and deal management.
  • Deliver annual revenue goals while protecting customer trust and credibility to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep CRM records current and accurate in line with company standards.
  • Create and execute a quarterly reviewed go-to-market plan across priority industries and enterprise segments.
  • Identify and convert opportunities in AI transformation, quantum-inspired optimisation, and sovereign AI infrastructure.
  • Represent the company at senior levels in the national business ecosystem, including executive forums, industry bodies, and sector events.
  • Build and sustain relationships with system integrators, Big 4 firms, and sector-focused alliance partners.
  • Lead discovery-led, business-outcome-focused sales conversations instead of pitching predefined products.
  • Work with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders to uncover both clear and hidden needs where AI and quantum can create a lasting edge.
  • Co-develop tailored use cases, transformation roadmaps, business cases, and solution designs with technical and research teams.
  • Convert complex technical capabilities into simple, persuasive business value for executive audiences.
  • Handle procurement, legal, compliance, and multi-stakeholder processes in the national enterprise environment with care and precision.
  • Act as the commercial owner within complex deal teams and keep product, engineering, solutions, legal, and finance aligned.
  • Share structured and useful market insights with product and senior leadership.
  • Work with marketing and partnerships teams to strengthen brand visibility and pipeline through events, thought leadership, and ecosystem building.
  • Develop deep relationships across strategic accounts, from technical teams to board-level stakeholders.
  • Grow into a trusted advisor on AI strategy and innovation for key enterprise clients.
  • Support deployment and adoption with Customer Success so clients realise the full value of their investment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in a direct revenue-generating role at an AI scale-up or fast-growing AI/deep-tech company within the last 5 to 10 years of overall experience.
  • Experience must come from a business that was actively building an AI market rather than simply benefiting from an already established one.
  • Proven success closing, or materially contributing to, enterprise deals with individual TCV of €500K or more.
  • A substantial share of closed revenue should come from new-logo accounts won from the ground up, not inherited accounts or purely inbound opportunities.
  • Native Arabic fluency and fluent English.
  • Legal permission to work in Qatar.
  • Preferred background includes AI, infrastructure, or highly customised technology sales.
  • Helpful experience includes a strong network inside large organisations in finance, energy, manufacturing, telecom, or industrial sectors.
  • Experience from consulting, systems integration, or complex solution sales is an advantage.
  • Prior success in opening new markets, verticals, or products in fast-growth settings is preferred.
