Role Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding revenue by selling talent experience management software to large enterprise customers. You will partner with marketing and product teams to uncover opportunities, manage the sales process, and help drive measurable growth. The role offers a competitive salary, uncapped commission potential, and strong opportunities for professional advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and run a focused sales strategy aimed at meeting revenue and target objectives.
  • Prospect for new opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and other lead-generation methods.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at enterprise-level organizations.
  • Deliver product demos and presentations that clearly communicate the value of the platform.
  • Lead negotiations and close contracts while maintaining a strong customer experience.
  • Work with internal teams to support implementation and encourage successful adoption of the software.
  • Keep current on market movements and competitor activity to shape sales approach.
  • Track and share sales progress, activity updates, and performance against goals.

Experience and Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience selling SaaS platforms, ideally in HR, HCM, or talent experience technology.
  • Established executive-level relationships with HR, HRIS, and IT stakeholders in enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to work through long and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong verbal, written, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort using sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, and Outreach.
