Role Overview
The Enterprise Account Executive will join the sales organization and work closely with prospects and customers across the full sales cycle. This role is centered on high-volume, client-facing selling through meetings, calls, projects, demos, and presentations. The person in this position will explain the value of Litify to multiple stakeholders, show how the platform supports business outcomes, and help move opportunities from first contact through deal closure.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects, including boutique law firms, corporate legal teams, government organizations, and AmLaw 200 accounts.
- Use cold outreach, consultative conversations, and strategic selling to advance opportunities.
- Become highly proficient in the Litify platform and quickly tailor recommendations to customer needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales performance goals.
- Own product demonstrations and communicate the platform’s value proposition and capabilities clearly.
- Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders in presentations and customer-facing discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Background in outside sales.
- Strong ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to travel within the country as needed.
- Excellent speaking, writing, presenting, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to senior executives.
- Comfort working across teams to resolve customer questions and issues.
- Self-motivated, proactive, independent, driven, and eager to succeed.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and cloud-based systems is an advantage.
- Experience selling into the legal sector, including firms, legal departments, government entities, or AmLaw 200 organizations, is a plus.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000 per year. In addition to base pay, the role includes commission and benefits. Final compensation is determined by factors such as qualifications, experience, skill set, and internal pay equity. The company may also adjust the range for candidates with different levels of experience, and any revised range will be shared during the hiring process.
