CyberSheath Services International LLC is a fast-scaling managed services provider with a strong focus on cybersecurity support for the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). The company is expanding its team to support continued growth.

CyberSheath brings together compliance and threat-reduction work to remove duplicate security efforts that do not add value and may even create gaps. Its team helps clients identify where spending can be reduced, where investment should be increased, and how existing security work can be aligned into a stronger overall posture.

Role Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will support company growth by winning new customers and deepening relationships with existing ones. The role involves understanding client needs, recommending managed security solutions that fit those needs, and delivering a strong customer experience aligned with risk reduction and compliance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and carry out a targeted sales strategy across assigned territories or market segments.
  • Source, pursue, and close new opportunities while also growing current accounts.
  • Use a consultative sales approach that includes discovery, solution walkthroughs, and product demos.
  • Bring working knowledge of managed security offerings such as CMMC, NIST, vulnerability management, compliance, and cloud security.
  • Work closely with customer success and delivery teams to support smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Own the sales process from lead generation and outreach through negotiation and account growth.
  • Consistently hit or surpass targets, performance metrics, and pipeline-building goals.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for leads, opportunities, forecasts, and account activity.
  • Represent the business at conferences, webinars, industry events, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related area, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, IT managed services, or a related SaaS environment.
  • A proven history of achieving or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, security risk, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of cybersecurity managed services such as SOC, MDR, EDR, vulnerability management, and SIEM.
  • Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and presentations.
  • A self-starting, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions into regulated sectors such as finance, healthcare, or government.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies.

Compensation

The budgeted salary range for this role is USD 120,000 to USD 150,000 per year.
