Role overview
English 1 is seeking enthusiastic ESL educators who are excited about teaching abroad, growing professionally, and becoming part of an international teaching network. The role is suited to experienced classroom teachers as well as educators moving into a new teaching environment who are eager to work in China and contribute meaningfully to young learners’ development.
What you will do
- Lead interactive English lessons for children and teens aged 3 to 16 in lively classroom settings.
- Use the organisation’s established curriculum and digital teaching resources to deliver structured, engaging classes.
- Observe learner progress and give constructive feedback that helps students improve.
- Take part in school-led events, cultural activities, and community-based programmes.
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive pay with a performance bonus available after completing 6 months.
- 21 days of paid leave in total, made up of 10 paid days plus 11 statutory holidays.

Additional note

Eligibility and requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- A valid passport.
- A sincere interest in education and cross-cultural experiences.
- ESL qualifications such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA are advantageous, and sponsorship may be available.
- A clean background check is required.
