Team members help set the tone for game day by bringing enthusiasm, athletic presence, and strong crowd interaction.

The Islanders are a long-established professional sports franchise with a passionate fan base and a rich history, including four straight Stanley Cup titles in the 1980s and 19 consecutive playoff series wins. Since 2021, the team has played at UBS Arena in Floral Park, a modern venue at Belmont Park designed for hockey, concerts, premium hospitality, and major entertainment experiences.

What the Team Does

The Energy Team serves as the official hype squad for Isles Nation, helping drive the atmosphere through performance, interaction, and spirited fan engagement. Members contribute to the in-game experience and represent the Islanders brand with personality, athleticism, and confidence.
