You will be motivated by helping young people and genuinely committed to making a positive difference. The ideal person enjoys working directly with employers, is comfortable being out in the field, and can present services persuasively while building trust. A strong understanding of the local labour market and the barriers disadvantaged young people face in gaining work is important.
