About the role
We are hiring an experienced Employment Advisor to support our fully remote team. The position focuses on helping seasoned professionals navigate the job search journey, from understanding their background to building tailored plans that improve their chances of landing suitable roles.
The role calls for strong knowledge of recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in guiding people toward career success.
What you will do
- Study different industries and professional fields to prepare clear, useful briefs for internal use.
- Run detailed onboarding conversations to gather a complete picture of each client’s experience and background.
- Suggest fitting job titles and role options based on a client’s history and career direction.
- Shape CV structure and content so it matches the roles the client is targeting.
- Create customized interview preparation plans for individual clients.
- Speak with recruiters to understand expectations, trends, and role-specific insights across industries.
- Organize daily job application plans for clients across multiple platforms.
- Review application progress and adjust strategy when results need improvement.
- Handle client concerns with practical solutions and turn objections into constructive next steps.
- Meet with clients who need extra support and refine the plan based on their challenges.
- Work closely with internal teams to keep the client experience smooth and coordinated.
- Build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients through consistent support.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, career services, or a related field.
- Background in career coaching or counseling.
- Solid understanding of hiring processes and HR practices.
- Strong client-handling and customer service abilities.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, with the ability to move comfortably between the two.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal presence.
- Ability to think quickly and respond accurately under pressure.
- Very strong attention to detail.
- Interest in learning continuously and improving methods.
- Comfort working with digital tools and software platforms.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and changing tasks.
- Reliable and consistent in meeting deadlines and delivering results.
