Job description
About the Role
We are hiring an Employer Partnerships Executive to support employer outreach and business development for New Zealand-based hiring and immigration services. This position is part of the India operations team in Chandigarh and works closely with New Zealand-based licensed immigration advisers.
The role focuses on engaging employers across New Zealand, building relationships, and helping convert interested employers into active partners for candidate interviews, employer accreditation, job checks, and labour hire services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact New Zealand employers by email and phone and follow up consistently and professionally to secure interview commitments for candidates.
- Present and promote employer accreditation, job check, and labour hire offerings to interested employers.
- Onboard employers onto the company’s Terms of Business and Labour Hire Agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong long-term employer relationships to grow the placement pipeline.
- Work with the internal candidate and pipeline team to match employers with suitable candidates.
- Keep detailed and current records of all employer interactions in the CRM system.
- Operate in an early-morning schedule aligned with New Zealand business hours, approximately 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English, with strong communication skills being essential. The role suits someone with a sales-driven mindset, confidence on calls and emails, and the patience to follow up repeatedly while staying professional and energetic.
Experience in sales, business development, or visa/immigration consultancy is preferred. Familiarity with CRM platforms and AI-assisted drafting tools is helpful, though training will be provided. The position requires working from the Chandigarh office three days a week, with two days working from home.
