Job description
Role Overview
We are hiring a U.S.-based Employee Success People Consultant (ESPC) to support the Employee Success organization in a high-visibility position that blends analytics, strategy, and hands-on execution. This role operates across two major areas: ES4ES, the team focused on supporting ES employees and leaders, and the ES Strategic Initiatives group, which leads priority people programs for Employee Success.
In this position, you will serve as the main partner for people data and insights within ES4ES, managing data requests and helping leadership make informed decisions. You will also work alongside the Strategic Initiatives team to support cross-functional people programs such as organization design, talent strategy, executive reporting, and change management. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where strategic thinking and operational follow-through matter equally.
Key Responsibilities
- Own people analytics support for ES4ES by handling data requests, working with Tableau dashboards, connecting information across systems such as Employee360, and proactively sharing trends and insights with ES leaders and ESBPs.
- Support the ES Strategic Initiatives team with operational and analytical work tied to important people programs, including organization design, talent strategy, change management, and leadership development.
- Track and interpret metrics related to employee experience, attrition, turnover, and organizational health, then turn those findings into clear recommendations and executive-level presentations.
- Help advance digital transformation by exploring and testing AI and agent-based tools that improve the speed, quality, and scale of analytics and program delivery.
- Work closely with ES Strategic Initiatives, ESBPs, HR Centers of Excellence, and global teams to support smooth HR processes, programs, and reporting.
- Build practical tools, templates, and resources that enable consistent service delivery across both ES4ES and Strategic Initiatives.
- Serve as a dependable partner for ESBPs and people leaders by answering questions, navigating processes, and preparing supporting documentation.
Requirements
- Background in people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce intelligence, with direct experience using dashboards, pivot tables, and cross-system data review.
- Strong capability to gather, organize, analyze, and present data, including the ability to connect trends into meaningful business insights. Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Workday, and Tableau or similar tools is needed.
- A self-driven mindset with the curiosity to identify patterns and opportunities without waiting to be prompted.
- Experience collaborating with ESBPs, COEs, executives, managers, and employees to resolve issues and drive HR solutions.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, balance multiple priorities, and work effectively with senior stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Experience partnering with COEs to design, create, and roll out programs and processes that support business goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Comfort working with confidential and highly sensitive information.
- Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse groups.
- Working knowledge of employment policies and practices, as well as staffing, compensation, and talent management best practices.
- Willingness to use AI tools to speed up analysis, uncover insights, and improve reporting; familiarity with Salesforce AI or Agentforce is considered an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
