Role overview

This is a temporary, full-time remote opportunity based out of Chattanooga, TN. The Eligibility Coordinator will support insurance and authorization work for therapy and provider visits, helping ensure coverage details are verified accurately before patients come into the office.

Key responsibilities

The role focuses on checking and entering benefits information, securing necessary authorizations and referrals, and responding to internal emails related to eligibility matters.

Benefits and work schedule
