Role Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage on-site infrastructure and electrical installations during solar power plant implementation.
  • Oversee installation of cable trays, ducts, underground conduits, and junction boxes.
  • Check the proper interfacing for installing inverters, transformers, skids, cabinets, and electrical panels.
  • Monitor routing of Direct Current (DC) and Alternating Current (AC) cables, ensuring compliance with technical infrastructure and safety standards.
  • Conduct visual inspections of electrical installations and perform basic circuit integrity tests.
  • Ensure electrical services by contractors strictly follow executive projects, schematics, and technical specifications.
  • Guarantee adherence to ABNT standards and client-specific guidelines for solar energy installations.
  • Identify, propose, and validate technical electrical solutions on-site, document non-conformities for corrective measures.
  • Track progress of electrical discipline stages in the field, alerting on deviations or construction interferences.
  • Assist in physical measurement and quantification of executed electrical services.
  • Prepare inspection reports, photographic documentation evidencing project progress, checklists, and daily construction logs.
  • Support electrical commissioning processes, functional testing, and work front releases.
  • Participate in final inspections, confirming compliance with As-Built electrical projects, insulation reports, grounding, and discipline-specific testing.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations such as NR-10 and other applicable standards, enforcing mandatory use of complete PPE on-site.
  • Monitor receipt of electrical supplies and equipment, and oversee relevant technical responsibility registrations (ART) linked to project works.

Technical Requirements

  • Completed Technical Course in Electrotechnics or Electrical Engineering with active and regular registration at the CFT.
  • Proven experience in supervising and monitoring electrical infrastructure works or photovoltaic projects.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
