Role Overview

As an Electrical Technician in Dammam, you will support production and facility maintenance activities, help improve equipment reliability, and contribute to safer, more efficient maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work to lower mean time to repair (MTTR) across production lines.
  • Review irregularities and prepare reports, including the possibility of raising and completing M1, M2, and M3 notifications in the PM (SAP) system and confirming work orders.
  • Perform planned electrical/mechanical inspections and predictive route checks when assigned by the planner.
  • Work with the supervisor and Maintenance Engineering to create tools that help maintenance tasks move faster.
  • Complete scheduled maintenance duties for equipment and facilities.
  • Follow Kanban planning and keep updates aligned with the required standard.
  • Share feedback that helps improve planning, execution timing, and backlog reduction.
  • Identify the root cause of electrical or mechanical faults in operational equipment and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Prepare root cause analyses to support continuous improvement.
  • Follow EHS requirements, safe work practices, and reasonable safety instructions.
  • Use the correct personal protective equipment and safety systems.
  • Stay aware of emergency response and evacuation procedures.
  • Avoid any action that could knowingly or carelessly put anyone’s health or safety at risk.
  • Help prepare risk assessments when required.
  • Report hazards, incidents, and safety-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain GMP and 5S standards in the workplace.

Education Requirement

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a closely related equivalent qualification.

Additional Information

This role is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, on-site position.
