Role overview

This position is for a learner-centered Education Consultant / Learning & Development Specialist who will help shape, roll out, and improve educational and professional development initiatives. The role blends education consulting, instructional planning, and learning strategy so that individuals and organizations can better reach their learning and performance goals.

In this position, you will review learning needs, build practical training solutions, and suggest improvements that strengthen learning results and organizational impact. Key duties
