Role overview
This position is for a learner-centred Education Consultant / Learning & Development Specialist who can shape, deliver, and refine learning solutions that advance academic progress, workplace capability, and professional growth. The role blends educational consulting, learning design, and training delivery to create practical and impactful learning experiences.
The selected candidate will partner with learners, educators, and other stakeholders to identify training requirements, build learning strategies, and roll out structured education programs. The work includes supporting curriculum planning, creating learning pathways, and developing instructional materials suited to different audiences and goals.
Core duties
You will be responsible for creating and running training sessions, workshops, and learning modules, along with producing content for both digital and classroom delivery. The role also involves reviewing learning results, gathering feedback, and making ongoing improvements so that programs remain effective and high quality.
In addition, you will advise on learning approaches, support skill-building initiatives, and help individuals or organizations achieve clear learning outcomes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to align learning interventions with performance objectives and development priorities.
