Role Overview
This position is for a skilled and imaginative Education Consultant / Learning & Development Specialist who can create, deliver, and refine learning solutions that strengthen capability, academic progress, and overall organizational results. The job blends educational advisory work, instructional design, and facilitation to produce learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and effective.
What You Will Do
- Assess learning needs and identify capability gaps across teams or learner groups.
- Design structured training programs and curricula aligned to learning objectives.
- Develop educational materials in multiple formats, including workshops, e-learning, training guides, and assessment tools.
- Facilitate learning sessions and training activities for different audiences.
- Partner with stakeholders to define goals, priorities, and learning pathways.
- Apply instructional design methods to build interactive, learner-centered experiences based on adult learning principles.
- Track program effectiveness, gather participant feedback, and improve learning solutions using outcomes and data.
- Support talent development initiatives and assist with learning content systems.
- Prepare progress updates and reports on training and development activities.
- Research current trends in education, digital learning, and professional development to inform future solutions.
Skills and Capabilities
You should bring strong knowledge of learning and development practices, curriculum creation, training design, and assessment methods. The role also calls for excellent presentation, facilitation, and English communication skills, plus the ability to manage projects, work with varied stakeholders, and juggle multiple deadlines. Familiarity with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and modern educational technologies is helpful.
