Role overview
An expanding EdTech company is looking for a Head of Learning to take ownership of its product and learning portfolio across the DACH region. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who combines strong product thinking with a technical mindset and can help shape the next phase of growth for a scaling business.
The position will focus on strengthening the existing product range, improving AI-assisted content, and contributing to product direction and strategy. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and play an important role in helping the company scale effectively.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and support the company’s wider product suite across the DACH market.
- Help advance and expand an established product portfolio.
- Contribute to the development of product roadmap priorities and long-term strategy.
- Improve AI-supported content and related quality processes.
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Bring technical and product expertise to decision-making across the business.
- Support team leadership and people management where needed.
Experience and background
- Several years of experience in product-focused and technical environments.
- Previous line management or team leadership experience.
- Background in EdTech or education-related product development.
- Confidence working with executive-level stakeholders.
- Practical experience contributing to product roadmaps and strategy.
- Working knowledge of AI tooling, quality assurance, development, and cloud technologies.
- Fluency in both German and English, at C1 level or above.
