Role overview
Babylist is hiring a seasoned Branded Content Editor to take full ownership of sponsored email production from concept through launch, while also helping shape how AI is used to expand and streamline the team’s work. This position is centered on writing and editing, with a strong need for creative thinking, structured process management, deadline coordination, and multi-project execution. Comfort working in Slack and collaborating across functions is also important.

What you'll do
- Own the writing, editing, Figma build, and quality assurance for branded emails before delivery.
- Define and document the standards for branded email, including voice, quality, and production workflow.
- Create AI-enabled processes that cut down manual production effort across the team.
- Teach teammates how to use the AI tools you identify and refine so team capabilities improve.
- Review email performance data, apply the findings to copy optimization, and share monthly reporting.
- Juggle several assignments at once while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-moving, high-volume setting.
- Contribute to other branded content needs as priorities change, including articles, newsletter placements, and feed copy.
Compensation
This role has a market-based starting salary range of $119,852 to $143,839. Pay is determined by location, experience, and qualifications, and future increases are tied to performance, role expansion, and internal equity.
