Role Overview
This position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and reports to the eCommerce Manager, with oversight linked to the Managing Director, KSA. The role is fully onsite.
The e-Merchandise Specialist will help improve sales and conversion by strengthening the execution of the digital shelf across eCommerce platforms. The focus is on content setup, digital merchandising, availability control, search performance and promotional operations, while also building and running eMerchandising plans for Kenvue brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the digital shelf and execute core activities to support target performance on scorecards.
- Handle new product listings, category creation, product information updates and promotional execution, while preparing content formats that match customer needs.
- Track content scores, identify missing elements and work with the brand and eContent teams to close gaps and raise performance.
- Create merchandising plans using customer insights, brand priorities and eCommerce objectives to drive revenue growth.
- Carry out monthly assortment-gap reviews and coordinate with customers to resolve listing and content issues.
- Monitor content accuracy across all eCommerce channels, report findings and drive corrective actions.
- Track digital shelf availability, report out-of-stock situations and help improve fill rate.
- Continuously review site search and navigation to make sure Kenvue brands perform strongly in search and support better conversion.
- Partner with content teams and creative agencies to secure the right materials and deliver them to customers.
- Maintain digital shelf master data so that compliance and performance measurement remain accurate.
- Prepare eCommerce performance reporting, including KPI analysis and deeper insights when needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of FMCG eCommerce or digital experience within a multinational environment.
- Strong background in eCommerce media, including a solid record of building media insights.
- Proven leadership skills and strategic thinking ability.
- Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, digital marketing or a closely related field.
- MBA from a reputable institution is preferred.
- Strong digital mindset, analytical capability and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse environment across cultures, functions and geographies.
