Role Overview

TONYMOLY USA is hiring a full-time E-Commerce TikTok Shop & Digital Marketing Coordinator in Brooklyn, NY to run the daily operations of TikTok Shop and support creator and affiliate initiatives. The role sits within Digital Sales / E-Commerce and reports to the Director of Digital Sales.

This position is highly execution-focused and social-first, with TikTok Shop and creator-led commerce as the main priorities. In addition, the role supports the direct-to-consumer Shopify store through product setup, order handling, customer support, and coordination with fulfillment, shipping, and logistics partners.

Prior TikTok Shop expertise is not required from day one. The company is looking for someone who is organized, genuinely interested in creator-driven commerce, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Experience in beauty, e-commerce, or digital marketing is the key background they want to see.

TikTok Shop Operations

  • Manage the daily functioning of TikTok Shop, including product setup, listing optimization, pricing checks, and compliance review.
  • Prepare and maintain product listings with clear titles, descriptions, attributes, and images that improve visibility and conversion.
  • Watch for listing suppression, compliance warnings, price mismatches, and out-of-stock items, and resolve issues or escalate them quickly.
  • Review content and performance every day, including creator video audits, follow-ups, and GMV Max placement management.
  • Work with the TikTok agency partner to share priorities, coordinate execution, and pass along assets while keeping all activity aligned with the brand strategy.

Creator and Affiliate Management

  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and support creators across different tiers, from emerging creators to larger macro-level partners.
  • Lead creator outreach and recruitment efforts to keep the brand’s creator pipeline active and growing.
  • Act as the main contact for creators, handling questions, sample requests, technical issues, and day-to-day affiliate communication.
  • Manage affiliate commission workflows, contracts, and payouts, and send invoices to the billing team for approval.
  • Review and project daily product sample requests while keeping sampling efficiency under control.

Customer Support and Community

  • Deliver brand-appropriate customer support through all channels, including questions, complaints, returns, and post-purchase issues.
  • Oversee community engagement on TikTok Shop, including comments, direct messages, and reviews.
  • Collect recurring customer feedback and share it with marketing, product, and wider internal teams to guide listing, content, and product decisions.
  • Coordinate with outside order-operations partners to resolve issues tied to fulfillment, shipping, or logistics.

DTC and Marketplace Support

  • Keep Shopify product setup, listings, and content up to date so the brand experience stays consistent across channels.
  • Handle routine Shopify administrative work, including pushing orders to fulfillment and maintaining accurate order records.
  • Apply best practices for listings, content, and merchandising across additional marketplaces such as Amazon as they grow.
  • Maintain clean catalog data by finding and fixing missing fields, errors, and outdated information.
  • Support launches, promotions, sampling efforts, and seasonal campaigns with strong operational follow-through.

Cross-Functional Marketing Partnership

  • Coordinate with marketing on campaign and promotional calendars so TikTok Shop activity, creator pushes, and marketing moments are planned together.
  • Work with marketing and creative teams to collect refreshed assets, briefs, and approved messaging, then turn them into shop content, creator guidance, and listing updates.
  • Report on marketplace and creator results, including GMV, conversion, top creators, and high-performing content formats, to guide marketing strategy and spend.
  • Maintain consistent product storytelling and brand presentation across campaigns and sales channels.
  • Share assortment gaps, trending products, and standout creators or content with the marketing team for amplification.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, marketplace management, influencer or creator coordination, or a similar function.
  • Strong interest in TikTok, creator culture, and social commerce.
  • Excellent organizational ability with the capacity to juggle creators, content, samples, and deadlines at once.
  • Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort working with data while keeping reports accurate.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify or a similar e-commerce system, including basic order processing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with creators and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer-first mindset and experience in customer service or community management, with the ability to represent the brand voice directly.
  • Comfort in a fast-moving, changing environment and willingness to create structure where needed.

Preferred Background

  • Practical experience with TikTok Shop, especially for high-growth or beauty brands.
  • Experience in beauty, personal care, or consumer packaged goods.
  • Familiarity with affiliate or influencer platforms and outreach tools.
  • Exposure to Amazon Seller/Vendor Central or similar marketplace systems.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and project tools such as Jira or Confluence.
