Role Overview
This position is for a US compliance-focused specialist who will help maintain adherence to Hours of Service (HOS), DOT rules, safety performance standards, and IFTA obligations. The role centers on tracking compliance status, addressing violations, keeping records in order, and supporting a strong safety culture. Candidates who are freshers and bring good analytical ability are encouraged to apply.
Work Schedule
The shift runs from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am, and the workweek follows a 5-day schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep a close watch on HOS and DOT compliance across operations.
- Identify compliance breaches, work through resolutions, and put corrective measures in place.
- Review safety scores and suggest practical ways to improve them.
- Manage IFTA fuel tax records and related reporting activities.
- Support drug testing compliance and Clearinghouse-related procedures.
- Maintain organized and accurate compliance files and documentation.
- Deliver guidance and training on compliance requirements and standards.
- Track regulatory updates and adjust processes to remain aligned with current rules.
Candidate Profile
