  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and execute corrective measures.
  • Manage profit and loss statements, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Collaborate effectively with Central Operations, Finance, and Human Resources teams.
  • Frequently travel (up to 45%) to support and engage depot teams.

Candidate Profile

  • 7 to 10 years of practical experience in operational roles within sectors such as car rental, logistics, retail, or hospitality.
  • 3 to 5 years of leadership experience managing teams across multiple sites or high-volume depots.
  • Demonstrated success in handling depot finances, including budgeting, cost control, and supplier relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness to operate campervans.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with problem-solving abilities suited for fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • Genuine interest in campervans and eagerness to learn their technical aspects.

Additional Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance.
  • Knowledge of process improvements and digital operational tools.
  • Background in training, workforce planning, or developing teams.

  • An energetic and fast-growing workplace where your contributions have a significant impact.
  • Opportunities for career advancement in Field Operations with prospects for relocation to Lisbon, Mexico City, or Manila.
  • Ongoing professional development through training and coaching.
  • Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 CAD annually, including a share of net branch profits, plus performance and referral bonuses.
  • Complimentary road trips across Europe, North America, and Oceania.
