Distribution & Community Lead

About the Role

Robot24 is developing an AI-native media operating system dedicated to robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence. The company is looking for a Distribution & Community Lead to drive reach, engagement, and community growth across multiple channels. This role sits at the center of the content distribution strategy and is responsible for making sure content reaches the right audience and delivers strong performance over time.

In this position, you will help define how Robot24 connects with founders, engineers, investors, researchers, and robotics enthusiasts worldwide, while contributing to the growth of a highly engaged global community.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate the distribution of content across all relevant platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently.
• Improve content reach and performance through optimization efforts.
• Handle community interaction and audience engagement across channels.
• Track changes in platform trends, features, and algorithms.
• Spot new opportunities for distribution and audience expansion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with creators and online communities.
• Support initiatives aimed at growing the audience base.
• Gather feedback and insights from the community and audience.
• Contribute to Robot24’s global expansion goals.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of how modern social platforms and online communities work. You should know how audiences discover content, how communities form, and what drives sustained engagement and growth.

You should be comfortable using and navigating platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, and Discord. Familiarity with analytics, scheduling, and automation tools used for distribution workflows is also important.

Skills and Experience

Background in social media management, community building, content distribution, audience growth, creator partnerships, platform operations, and community management would be valuable. Exposure to AI-enabled workflows is also useful for this role.

Tools and Stack

Experience with or exposure to tools such as Metricool, Buffer, Hootsuite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, X, Reddit, Discord, ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, and AI agents is relevant.

Working Style

You should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with data. The role also calls for strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in creating meaningful audience engagement.

Location and Availability

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, JLT. The position requires fluent English, and candidates must already be in the UAE.
