Role overview

For the Esens site, a full-time dispatcher is needed to help ensure goods are planned, coordinated, and delivered to the right place at the right time. The position is suited to someone who enjoys organizing processes, keeping an overview, and acting as a central point of contact between different stakeholders.

What you will do

• Plan the movement of goods so availability and delivery timing are secured.
• Process orders from start to finish and keep related workflows on track.
• Coordinate vehicle fleet activities and dispatch assignments with a clear overview.
• Act as the communication hub for customers, drivers, and freight partners.
• Organize the flow of goods to support smooth day-to-day operations.

What you should bring

• Completed commercial training or a comparable business background.
• Initial experience in dispatching, forwarding, or a similar field is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational ability and confidence in handling multiple tasks at once.
• Flexibility and resilience when work becomes busy or demanding.
• Structured, independent working style with a proactive attitude.
