About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Display Media Executive to join our team in Gibraltar. Having brought Programmatic Display in-house, we are building a dedicated team to match our ambitious goals. In this role, you will be central to this development, responsible for campaign execution across multiple DSPs and brands, and actively contributing to the evolution of the channel. This is an opportunity for an individual eager to shape and influence the direction of programmatic display advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of Programmatic Display campaigns across various DSPs and brands, from initial setup and trafficking to ongoing optimization and final reporting.
- Achieve core performance indicators (KPIs) such as New Customers, First Time Deposits, and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) for all campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal Design teams to provide clear briefs for creative assets, ensure adherence to delivery timelines, and implement structured testing frameworks.
- Conduct in-depth post-campaign analyses that go beyond raw data, identifying trends, refining processes, and deriving actionable insights.
- Work closely with the Analytics team to guarantee accurate tracking, tagging, and attribution for all digital activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements in ad tech, audience targeting strategies, and the evolving programmatic landscape.
- Partner with the Head of Paid Media and Paid Media Manager to develop and enhance Programmatic strategies for the entire Rank Interactive brand portfolio.
Experience and Qualifications
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Programmatic Display campaigns across multiple platforms.
- A strong grasp of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, tracking infrastructure, and technical integrations.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with robust numerical reasoning skills and a commercial acumen.
- Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities concurrently.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for performance reporting and analysis.
- Previous experience in the gaming or regulated industry is considered an advantage.
