About the Role
State & Main Kitchen + Bar is looking to add a Dishwasher to its Ottawa location. The restaurant focuses on elevated comfort food, handcrafted cocktails, and an upbeat downtown dining experience designed for everything from happy hour to casual get-togethers. What You’ll Be Doing
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, pots, pans, and utensils so they are ready for service.
- Keep the dish area tidy and well organized, and help with simple prep tasks when required.
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen.
- Support cleanliness by handling garbage removal, sweeping, and mopping as needed.
- Coordinate with the kitchen crew to help service run efficiently during peak periods.
