Position Overview
This position calls for a seasoned supply chain leader to oversee end-to-end operations for a remote U.S.-based role. The person in this seat will shape supply chain direction, manage sourcing and vendor relationships, keep costs under control, and refine processes so operations run smoothly and support business expansion.
Experience in jewelry, luxury goods, manufacturing, or similar industries is considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running and overall planning of supply chain activities.
- Build, assess, and manage supplier resources to maintain a dependable supply base.
- Handle supplier negotiations and foster long-term, productive vendor partnerships.
- Track and manage supply chain spend while driving better operational efficiency.
- Create supply chain plans aligned with business needs and ensure they are executed effectively.
- Watch market developments and update supply strategies when conditions change.
- Work in close coordination with production, operations, quality, and other internal teams.
- Design, strengthen, and standardize supply chain workflows and management systems.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain or procurement-related functions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, supplier management, and contract handling.
- Clear communication, coordination, and business negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently lead initiatives and deliver results.
- Comfort using office productivity tools and ERP platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in international sourcing or managing global suppliers.
- Hands-on experience with supply chain improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Exposure to ERP solutions and supply chain management tools.
- Strong capability in negotiations and contract administration.
- Experience collaborating across functions and managing projects.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience in team building, talent development, and performance management.

Additional Information
This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.
Industry preference is given to candidates from jewelry, luxury goods, manufacturing, or related sectors.
