About Vicoland

Vicoland is reshaping professional services through a new model called Virtual Companies, or “Vicos.” These AI-enabled SaaS-based teams bring together freelance specialists so they can operate like a genuine company and compete for major enterprise engagements more efficiently than conventional consultancies, integrators, or agencies.

Since launching 1.5 years ago, the platform has already supported wins with major organizations such as Mercedes-Benz, Netflix, and the German Federal Government, along with many mid-sized companies. The business has also been recognized by Forbes and Forrester as an important player in this space.

The platform combines marketing, organizational, legal, and financial technology, and includes a marketplace that connects customers with Vicos. It is integrated with SAP procurement software through a partner relationship.

More than 100 Vicos are already active on the platform, bringing together thousands of freelancers. The core team has 40 people across Europe and is expanding into the US, while the company headquarters are in Frankfurt am Main.

Role overview

This role sits at the center of Vicoland’s strategic agenda and reports directly to the CEO. The company is tackling several major priorities, including introducing AI agents as members of Vicos, creating a path for senior leaders from professional services firms to launch and run Vicos, and exploring additional verticals beyond the current SAP-focused business.

You will own strategy and partnerships from end to end, helping shape the company’s direction and serving as an entrepreneurial driver of change in the professional services market.

What you will do

• Take ownership of the ongoing work to integrate AI agents into Vicos and the wider business model.
• Help design, launch, and execute a new initiative that enables senior executives from established professional services firms to create and operate Vicos.
• Expand business development partnerships by strengthening existing relationships and building new ones, including with MSPs.
• Identify, secure, and set up partnerships that improve add-on services such as insurance, factoring, and licensing-related offerings.
• Work with teams across the company to define efficient partnership processes and propose platform capabilities that support scalable operations.
• Support executive-level strategic planning and decision-making, including evaluation of new markets and business areas.
• Contribute ideas and practical proposals that continuously improve company operations and execution.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience gained through employment, entrepreneurial work, or internships; experience in professional services and exposure to technology or AI is especially valuable.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• A university degree with strong academic results.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools extensively, plus a genuine interest in how AI is evolving.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking with many different stakeholders every day.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across technical, commercial, service, and financial contexts.
• Good judgment when assessing people, organizations, and strategic fit.
• Fluent German and English, as DACH remains the core market while international expansion continues.
