Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Executive Officer, this executive role acts as the key adviser to the CEO, COO, executive leadership team, and governance committees on quality, safeguarding, clinical governance, organisational risk, compliance, practice excellence, and continuous improvement.
Key Capabilities Sought

- At least 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role within disability, health, community services, aged care, or child protection.
- Proven ability to lead quality, safety, safeguarding, and risk-related functions.
- Strong working knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and Commission requirements.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide risk frameworks.
- Background in clinical governance or safeguarding systems leadership.
- Experience coordinating audits and accreditation activities for an organisation.
- Well-developed analytical, reporting, and governance capability.

Recruitment Process
Selection is based on values, skills, and qualifications. Interested candidates should provide a resume and a one-page summary of relevant experience. Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and interviews may be arranged before the closing date, so early submission is encouraged.
