  • Work closely with executive leaders and key stakeholders to keep initiatives aligned with broader business goals.
  • Track project health, KPIs, budgets, and schedules to support timely and successful delivery.
  • Spot risks, interdependencies, and delivery blockers early, then put practical mitigation plans in place.
  • Improve project management practices and delivery methods through ongoing refinement.
  • Guide, coach, and build the capability of project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, business cases, and strategic progress updates.

  • Sound financial and operational understanding.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and build alignment across teams.
  • Strong results orientation with a focus on execution and ownership.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to lead delivery for enterprise-level initiatives.
  • High-visibility position with regular engagement at executive level.
  • Collaborative, performance-driven workplace culture.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.
  • Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
