Role Overview

Al-Mina Groups is seeking a strategic, outcome-focused Director of Projects to steer major initiatives, manage a portfolio of work, and help ensure delivery success across the business. Key Responsibilities

• Set the direction for project delivery by defining strategy, governance practices, and the overall roadmap.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and programs so that delivery stays aligned with business goals and priorities.
• Work closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to keep initiatives moving toward the intended results.
• Create project plans, define milestones, allocate resources effectively, and establish performance measures.
• Anticipate, track, and reduce risks; clear blockers and dependencies; and support on-time completion of key workstreams.
• Review project performance, spending, and operational effectiveness to improve overall outcomes.
• Introduce better ways of working through process enhancement, standardization, and project management best practices.
• Guide, support, and mentor project managers and delivery teams to raise execution quality.
