This position is for a Director of Program Operations & Client Success who will lead the client journey, drive program health, strengthen community engagement, manage fulfillment operations, and improve performance through data and systems. The role is best suited to someone who thrives on working closely with people, refining processes, and building with technology.

This is a 100% remote position based in the United States.

Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of client satisfaction, client progress, and overall program health.
  • Monitor client engagement, sentiment, and progress closely and consistently.
  • Identify clients who are stalled, disengaged, or falling behind, then create practical support plans.
  • Collect testimonials, reviews, video feedback, and client success stories.
  • Handle escalations, concerns, and service issues with speed, professionalism, and good judgment.
  • Lead the client community so it remains active, valuable, and positive.
  • Track program KPIs and share clear weekly and monthly performance reporting.
  • Manage fulfillment-related costs, including staffing and technology spend.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, supervision, and evaluation of coaches and resume writers.

Required experience and capabilities

  • Background leading a client-facing program, coaching program, membership, education program, service delivery operation, or similar function.
  • Strong foundation in client success, customer experience, or program management.
  • Experience coordinating or managing coaches, consultants, writers, advisors, or other service professionals.
  • Comfort working with backend systems, reporting dashboards, workflows, and operational technology.
  • Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Circle, Airtable, Zapier, CRM tools, helpdesk systems, or equivalent software.
  • Ability to understand existing workflows and improve them, not just use the tools as-is.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret KPIs, spot trends, and turn insights into action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound judgment when handling client issues, escalations, and sensitive feedback.
  • A balanced approach that combines empathy with accountability.
  • High ownership and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Compensation and benefits

  • Base salary: $105,000.
  • On-target earnings: $135,000, with clearly defined OTE parameters.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
