Role Overview
The organization is looking for a seasoned and goal-oriented Director of Operations to join its leadership group. This position will play a key role in strengthening business operations, improving efficiency, and supporting broader growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of day-to-day operations across several departments.
- Create and execute operational plans that align with company goals and long-range expansion.
- Set up and refine workflows, operational systems, and performance benchmarks.
- Work closely with teams across functions to keep communication clear and projects moving smoothly.
- Track operational results using KPIs and reporting tools.
- Support senior leadership with strategic planning and organizational development efforts.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes, increase automation, and raise efficiency.
- Oversee operational risks and help ensure adherence to internal policies and industry expectations.
- Help develop and lead strong remote teams.
- Contribute to growth initiatives and the rollout of new projects.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline, along with 15+ years of leadership experience in operations, business management, or similar positions. The role calls for strong planning and project management ability, excellent communication, proven team leadership, the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment, and solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Prior experience managing remote teams is strongly preferred. Exposure to renewable energy, technology, AI, or infrastructure sectors will be considered an advantage.
