The Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to spearhead multi-site clinic operations across our organization. This executive role involves overseeing performance, ensuring compliance, managing staffing, and developing operational strategies, with direct collaboration with ownership and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the performance of multi-site clinic operations.
- Lead and develop clinic and administrative management teams.
- Direct operational strategy and implement process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and other regulatory standards.
- Contribute to staffing strategies, fostering a positive culture, and supporting leadership development.
- Optimize EMR workflows and operational systems.
- Support initiatives for organizational growth and expansion.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is required.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations leadership, with multi-site experience being advantageous.
- Proficiency in healthcare compliance and operational practices.
- Experience with EMR systems and healthcare technology.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
