Role Summary
The Director of Operations is a part-time remote position responsible for driving operational effectiveness across True Ventures Group and its affiliated businesses. The role centers on building practical processes, tracking performance metrics, maintaining compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations, and supporting service excellence. This person will partner with teams across functions to improve workflows, assist with budgeting, and strengthen the organization’s ability to serve underserved communities.
What You Will Do
- Shape and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and consistency across the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators and use operational data to identify issues and opportunities.
- Work closely with team leaders and cross-functional partners to keep day-to-day operations aligned.
- Support budget preparation, resource planning, and cost management efforts.
- Help ensure adherence to internal policies as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that support organizational priorities and service expansion.
- Promote a culture of accountability, ongoing improvement, and strong customer service standards.
- Analyze workflow challenges and recommend practical solutions for better service delivery.
Qualifications
- Solid background in operations management, including improving processes and coordinating across teams.
- Strong analytical ability for performance review, problem-solving, and data-informed decisions.
- Proven team leadership skills, with experience coaching and collaborating with both remote and on-site groups.
- Comfort with budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation.
- Customer service mindset with a focus on maintaining high-quality support for diverse communities.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or community-based services is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related discipline is required; an advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
