Role Overview
The Director of National Accounts will focus on generating new revenue by winning national and regional multi-location commercial contracts for landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot maintenance. The position centers on identifying prospects, developing relationships with senior stakeholders, advancing sales opportunities, and guiding the business development process from lead creation through contract completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Target and pursue new opportunities with multi-site commercial customers across the country using OneTeam365’s ideal client profile approach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, procurement professionals, and corporate decision-makers.
- Support the complete sales journey, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal preparation, presentations, and contract discussions.
- Help grow national accounts in sectors such as retail, industrial, logistics, healthcare, restaurants, and commercial real estate.
- Work closely with operations and vendor management teams to ensure service delivery and pricing can meet client expectations.
- Take part in RFP responses, client presentations, and the onboarding process for newly won accounts.
- Keep CRM records current with pipeline status, client interactions, and forecast data.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships through regular communication and proactive account support.
- Represent OneTeam 365 at industry gatherings, networking events, and trade association activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and industry changes related to landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot maintenance.

Experience and Education
Preferred background includes 1 to 2 years in business development, sales, account management, or client relations within facilities management, landscaping, snow removal, or property maintenance. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with multi-site commercial service operations is an advantage, as is exposure to commercial clients or subcontractor/vendor-based service models. A valid driver’s license is required, and the role may involve travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.

This position is focused on in-person work in the United States. The role is full-time and requires the ability to travel as needed.
