Role overview
The Director of Administration is responsible for leading all administration activities across the group, with a focus on keeping a workforce of more than 50,000 employees fully supported. Core responsibilities
- Manage shared administrative services such as facilities, transport, insurance, and the purchase or lease of camps, yards, land, and office spaces.
- Oversee labour housing, camp operations, employee welfare initiatives, and retention programmes.
- Lead PRO activities, including visa processing, labour documentation, and adherence to government regulations.
- Create and improve administrative policies, governance structures, and KPIs that support efficiency and cost control.
- Track attendance, labour movement, and occupancy levels, then use those insights to support senior leaders with capacity and infrastructure planning.
- Head a large administration team operating across multiple locations while keeping everyone aligned with group strategy.
