The company is supported by TA Associates and Berkshire Partners, two leading global private equity firms.

PDQ’s core values are Honesty, Ownership, Collaboration, and Improvement.

Role Overview

The Director of Growth Marketing will own the strategy and execution of acquisition, demand generation, and customer marketing programs that support pipeline creation and revenue growth. This role is highly cross-functional and partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and leadership teams. The role also oversees customer journey touchpoints managed by Growth Marketing across acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion for all products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and run growth marketing plans for all products, using business goals, performance data, and market trends to improve results across channels.
  • Manage the marketing pipeline by leading lead generation, qualification, and conversion efforts that support new customer acquisition, cross-sell, self-serve, and sales-assisted growth motions.
  • Own key customer journey interactions across email, digital, paid media, and events, ensuring consistent nurture experiences that move prospects through the funnel.
  • Serve as a major connection point between leadership teams and partner with Revenue, Revenue and Marketing Operations, Product, and Finance to keep growth efforts aligned with company priorities.
  • Introduce and scale AI and automation within the growth marketing function to expand experimentation, improve forecasting, and increase efficiency.
  • Track, evaluate, and improve campaign performance across all growth channels with a focus on conversion, engagement, retention, and return on investment.
  • Coach and guide the Growth Marketing team, building a culture centered on collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Build and manage the marketing budget with senior leaders, ensuring resources are allocated to generate the strongest possible return.
  • Deliver regular performance updates, insights, and progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning for the Growth Marketing team and set monthly and quarterly pipeline targets for each product in partnership with Revenue leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong sense of ownership, with a proven ability to take responsibility, deliver on commitments, and drive outcomes.
  • Integrity and transparency in all interactions, along with consistently ethical decision-making.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well across functions while encouraging teamwork.
  • A continuous-improvement approach with a willingness to learn, test, and refine ideas.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical ability and the skill to turn data into practical strategy.
  • A results-oriented approach and comfort working in a fast-moving, changing environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • At least 7 years of B2B growth experience within a SaaS or technology company.
  • A proven history of building and leading demand generation and customer marketing programs that consistently achieve or exceed pipeline goals.
  • Experience leading teams responsible for revenue growth and customer acquisition in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media strategy and performance across search and social, including oversight of execution through direct reports.
  • Broad experience across the demand marketing mix, including paid media, email, SEO, website, and newer channels such as AEO, with the ability to connect channel performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with pipeline management and revenue attribution modeling.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, including leading AI-driven change across a marketing organization to improve efficiency, targeting, and ROI.
